The Sola pen body and cap are turned from aluminium. This is then carefully treated and polished before the colours are added by an anodising process. The fittings are all plated to 2 microns of Ruthenium. The nib is medium stroke - 18ct. gold-plated.

Presentation is in a velvet-lined case with full Sigma warranty.

ACME Pen collection

ACME Studio is an international product design company, which produces pens. Each pen is the result of cooperation with the world’s leading architects, designers, artists, foundations, estates and institutions.

ACME ballpoint pens are equipped with rollerball components which use German manufactured Schmidt ink refills (fine point, non-drying). All standard ACME Writing Tools come available as rollerball pens.

ACME pens equipped with fountain pen nibs use German manufactured reservoirs and components, with medium nibs made of gilt steel with an iridium writing point.
